Dukwi Refugee Camp covers an area of approximately 20 square kilometres located along the road 130km from Francistown to the Kazungula border. The Camp is home to about 3500 asylum-seekers and recognized refugees from sixteen nationalities, the majority of which come from Namibia, Angola, and Somalia. The many ongoing projects in the Camp reflect a bold attempt and determination of the stakeholders to provide normal and meaningful life to refugees in Botswana.
